Shipping and returns
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped by MondialRelay where the Post with tracking. Whichever shipping choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
We ship to 9 countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Austria, Swiss.
The shipping costs include the costs of handling and packaging, as well as shipping costs. Handling charges are fixed, while freight charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you consolidate your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately and delivery charges will apply to each of them. Un particular care is taken to protect fragile objects.
